本科在国内读的，MSc在海外读的。本科时的GPA很好，>3.5，但是硕士时的不高，只是拿了个pass，申请MBA时学校会如何评判呢？硕士的成绩影响有多大呢？

I think adcom care more about the undergrad GPA.

you can see on BW forum

adcom cares more about the reasons behind your GPA

which is more retional

why your under GPA like this and MS GPA like that

is there any indication of improvement or growing tendency?

then cross-compare with your professional performance shown in your resume and essays

to evaluate whether this applicant is candid and eligible
