答案是C 为什么B不对。还有E是什么意思呢？

B. 原文完全没提消费者使用法律服务这一点
E. 如果对法律服务广告的限制仅仅局限于适用所有广告的限制，那么更多的律师会打广告。

E的意思就是：如果对律师打的广告的限制跟对普通广告的限制是一样的，那更多律师会打广告
B：同意楼上，因为题目中没有说cost少，consumer的demand就增多，不能越题目猜想

总是想太多导致题做错。好像国外的题目不会出跳跃性特别强的，都是一环扣一环！！
