同一1楼的。另外：and 前后为并列。(冰的融化，和海平面的上升）
may include melting the polar ice caps and a rising sea level （ melting(动名词）+ n, a rising ..(n))不平行

may include the melting of polar ice caps and the rising sea level（the melting(名词） , the rising 应加介词）

may include polar ice caps that are melting and sea levels that are rising（改变句意）

include melting the polar ice caps and sea levels that are rising（同B.c）

include melting of the polar ice caps and a rise in sea level (n+of +n, n + in + n) 结构平行。

比较选项时，貌似是结构优先（），。是不是也可以应用到这道题上。

比较时应该是逻辑优先吧，结构其次。
