Generally, at the moment,teachers are paid by government regularly regardless of the time and the quality of their work. Howerver, as far as I am concerned, I prefer that teachers should be paid according to their achievements, which are meatured by how much their students learn.
    The essential task of teachers is teaching. By their teaching students can learn required knowledge and gain skills they need. How much students master mainly depends on how their teachers do with the teaching tasks as well as how hard students study. A teacher only with low quality of knowledge background certainly can not provide students enough information in need, which a experienced teacher is sure to do well in. Thus according to what and how much students obtained from their teachers, the former teacher does not deserve what the latter gain.
    Furthermore, with pays depending on how much their students learn, teachers are more likely to be patient . In this case, teachers will not only concentrate on teaching in class, but also devote themselves into helping students after class in order to make sure that theirs sutdents have mastered what teachers taught in class. On the contrary, a teacher paid regularlly may be eager to get rid of students after class for extra work won't bring extra income.
    Also, teachers will care more about their students when paid according to the effects of their work. To get their students learn more, teachers tend to care more about students' daily situation and try to understand them so as to arouse students' interest in study. The more positively students study, the better they learn, and the more the teacher will get paid. Students can benefit from this way of paying as well as their teachers earn more.
    Taking all factors discussed above into consideration, I am in favor of the concern that teachers should be paid according to how much their students learn. Both teacher and students can benefit from it indeed.

As is well known to the world, my country has quite a large population. To feed and satisfy the basic requirments of the large popuation, and meanwhile to seek integret development, more land are in need of housing and industry.

    Firstly, people are the basic of a country. Only when people live a high level live, can the country gets further development smoothly. For instance, an area where is too crowed to hold all of its citizens is almost impossible to maintain a steady situation to build its economic system for it has to maintain parmanent residens as recources of consumers.

    Also to get prosperous is badly in need of the development of industry. Indestry is the oooooo of a country. As to my country, the level of industry is relatively low at the moment, compared with many develped countries. As a result, the importance of industry is especially highlighted. To prosper it means more land is needed and properly distributed to develop kinds of industry to strengthen my country.

    There is another essential concern for more land used for housing and industry. With all people well housed and industry well developed, more enthuiasm, energy and ability will be available to protect the enviroment. The proper arrangement of housing and location of industry will make full use of limited land of my country to get her overall conditions better and better. Thus the nature condition kept around people's life will eventually come to reality.

    To conclusion, taking the further and long term development in to consideration, more land are needed for housing and industry in my country. The reasonable use of those land will contribute a lot to the prosperity of my homeland.
