At the beginning, the author mentions the popularity of some extreme sports and meanwhile, the injury and even death caused by those extreme sports. By presenting those disadvantages of the extreme sports, the author introduces his or her gist, to which people should pay more attention, that ordinary people easily neglect the possible hazard from the extreme sports and should prepare more thoroughly and always keep an eye their own body during the extreme sports.

1.Coffee's effect is not as sufficient as people have expected because of some process.

2.Although dogs show positive emotions with their right faces, they show happiness with their left faces when they see their owners. This situation may be caused by some mixed emotions.

3.Foods highs in fiber provide good protection against some disease and such effect is more significant among women. These different effects may be caused by different eating habits between women and men.
