答案是b (close relatives) ,但我选d , similar quite应该用quite similar。不知道为什么B close relatives错了？

我觉得这里应该加个介词，因为relatives 和 the octopuses不能并列。

P47 28题：改错 Because of the heat caused by combustion, all of engines have to be equipped with some type of cooling system.

答案是d (system) ,但我选b , all of 应该用all the 。不知道为什么d (system)错了？

system应该加s吧，因为是：some type of

P48 38题：改错 The body of sea anemone is basically a hollow sac with a mouth at one end.

答案是c (with) ,但我不知道为什么c (with)错了？

P79 12题：填空 The moon completes a rotation around Earth in almost _____period of time it takes to complete a revolution around its own axis.

答案是(D) same,但我选(b)the same，因为后面有定语从句修饰。

P81 16题：改错 Environment engineers are specialists in the disposal of hazardous wastes from factories, mining operations, nuclear power plants, and other source.

答案是(a) are ,但我选(d)source，应该改为sources。

估计答案错了

P83 38题：改错Allotropes are the individual form of an element that occur when more than one type of bonding between atoms of the element is possible .

答案是(d) is possible ,为什么？(a)\(b)不对吗？

是不是因为主语是more than one tyep of... 所以谓语动词应该用复数？

偶不是高手也不是牛人，只是提供了一些自己的看法~ 仅供参考~

BTW，偶觉得这个不像真题哎~ 大全里面都找不到的~

2个名词怎么可以并列呢？而且octopuses前面有the，relatives是复数，所以也不可能是relative 作为形容词修饰 octopuses
