Ways of reducing press Life is tough. As we growing up,difficulties surrounding around us gain,and sometimes we have no alternative but have to face and conquer them. Difficulties give rise to great pressures. Especially for the people live in modern times,they are more likely to suffering from great pressures. And how to relax and escape from press become vital for most of us these days. There are countless ways to reduce tense,for example:reading,exercising,listenning to a piece of music or somehow enjoying a movie ,etc… As for me, i got my own preference. When i'm unhappy or sometimes i feel like myself cornered,my violin become my loyalest friend. Even though i played in a stiff way,i feel content indeed. Through my perforence,not only could i enjoy the melody,but also i relax myself. Though my playing, my heart clam down and i feel peaceful. What's more, as i went on playing ,i can feel that my performance became better. This progress was long,slow but steady. After long series of practices,i returned back to see the way i went though, it surprised me a lot that i had ready achieved to another new height! This made me so confident and let me thought about my own life. Even though sometimes i feel myself just like going into a black valley,there's nothing to be afraid. I knew that only did i keep on going,there must be no doubt that i would finally find the sunshine and led me to a bright way. And after that, my confident regain. Life is tough, but life is gorgeous too if i prefer a optimistic way to live. For me,my violin is my soul,it helps me conquer the difficulties and leave my sorrow. So as far as i am concerned, playing the violin is my best way of reducing the stress.
