     with短语作状语,就属于限定性修饰,必须隐含一种意思:”还有另外一部分修饰的东东不包含在内”.

      也就是说the cost是 many people的一部分,逻辑意思上不对. the cost of 也有歧义,是wireless service和mobile phones的cost,或者是cost 和mobile phones并列.

我觉得while这里可以当作although讲.那么就可以和has一起用.

偶觉得with短语在句首，其逻辑主语应该是主句的主语，与这里的主句主语many people逻辑搭配不对。

还有With the cost of wireless service plummeting in the last year and mobile phones becoming increasingly common
plummeting in the last year 这种搭配有问题，应该改成that定语从句修饰，这是定语从句修饰与分词短语修饰的一个区别。

我觉得becoming increasingly意思上redundant了。

不好意思。修正一下。今天做LSAT时看到了becoming increasingly 的用法了。所以我想应该这种表达不redundant吧。不好意思。

这里的with 引导复合结构的名词，是ETS强调的副词性结构，修饰的是动词，即

修饰use这一动作，这样的话，第一句中描述的两个事实成了人们用电话的伴随方式

逻辑上不对，另外同意lwei1016GG的cost 会有歧义还有while 在这里作although比较好理解

这里哪是什么转折啊？

while: during the time that something is happening

如果不是转折，while不能和has连用。
