1.severe和severly的区别实在看不出来.
2.critics到底是人还是东东?

应该用increasingly. severe critics, increasingly numerous critics。 severely 就成了修饰numerous, 一个表示数量的形容词无所谓severe 不severe ，故逻辑不通。

deficiency 不能deny, 从逻辑上讲，应该是legal system.

由这两点可以选C。

critic 是人。

critique 是动动。（我居然搞反了，汗！幸好先差了一下字典。）

应该用increasingly. severe critics, increasingly numerous critics。 severely 就成了修饰numerous, 一个表示数量的形容词无所谓severe 不severe ，故逻辑不通。

deficiency 不能deny, 从逻辑上讲，应该是legal system.

由这两点可以选C。

critic 是人。

好像这样的题目还有一个也是形容词and副词+形容词 (并列修饰名词的)
