黄色部分的句子结构不清楚，请NN指点

整个句子的第一个it你漏打了s，应该是its，否则看不懂句子了。黄色部分应该是修饰前面the mass market sales的定语从句吧，省略了that，翻译过来是：要是以前公司就会退让给对手的大量市场销售

1、书上写的就是it ,我又重新核对过。

2、我明白句子的意思，但是不清楚应该怎么分析这个句子

是不是说在定语从句中如果“that"不做任何成分的话，该词可以任意省略？

引导词that在定语从句中作宾语时，才可以省略。但是OG中也有自相矛盾的例子：

其中对于D项的解释为“The recession must be followed by that”，而这里的that也作fearing的宾语，所以可以省略的呀？？？
