有N人总结过，OG认为changes in the ocean and atmosphere 的用法比ocean and atmosphere changes好，但是不太知道能不能用where.

where refers to a place, but EN is a phenomenon.

so where is wrong.

A B C的话，整个句子没有谓语部分。

where应该指地点，这里应该不能用吧。并且are combining 和allow不平行，语法上和意思上都说不过去吧。。

GMAT 语法中， in which 优先于 where.

og11给的答案说明中有这样一句话：If the participial phrase were to modify the previous clause, a comma would have to be inserted between combine and allowing.

是不是就是说，如果分词短语想要修饰前面的句子，中间必须要有逗号？？
