The following appeared in an Avia Airlines departmental
memorandum

Avia Airlines last year filed a complaint about our baggage-handling
procedures. This means that although some 1 percent of our passengers were
unhappy with those procedures, the overwhelming majority were quite satisfied
with them; thus it would appear that a review of the procedures is not
important to our goal of maintaining or increasing the number of Avia’s
passengers.”

Issue

Education is the most important thing lead to individual
opportunity in the society. Just as property and money, education is important
for one to be successful in the society.

逻辑，我觉得挺难的，但是不难理解题干。

一道complete题目，说fasion designer 认为现在很多明星都有自己的牌子，但是professional designer 是先有style的再创造牌子，然后给了一个小结论，问原因的。
