This was my first test, hopefully I can get a good score. I need to have 100. I think I underestimated the reading section because I did it very well in the practice section provided by ets. Or maybe I was too nervous and I couldn't concentrate in the reading section. In addition, I was shocked because I thought I would do all questions in 100 minutes at once. However, they were seperated in 3 sections, 20 minutes for the first section(1 passage), then two 40-minute sections, each section had two passages. And I couldn't review(although I didn have time to do that) the previous sections. I felt better starting from listening. Following are the questions. Reading Pls refer to other posting. They are completed. Listening 1. A famous short story/novel writer and his influence to the americans. 2. The theory of milky way expansion. 3. Conversation between student and store manager, the student wants to get a job in the store. 4. Conversation between student and prof, the student wants to improve her grade. 5. Lecture: The theory of land formation. Plate movement and ? I can't recall for the last one. Speaking 1. Describe the job/career you wish to pursue. Give reasons. 2. Long vacation vs short vacation. Which one do you prefer? 3. Reading and conversation: Notice about writing standard for science students. The male student agree with the notice. 4. Reading and Lecture: The secondary ecosystem succession. Use the raspberry example to explain the process. Writing: 1. Prescription Drug Advertisement. Reading: good to the public, Lecture: not good to the public. 2. People think working is more important than families.
