Discuss your long- and short-term career goals, how these goals developed, and what you hope to gain from graduate study at Krannert. Limit your response to no more than 500 words.

请问这道题目是不是解释长短期目标怎么形成的？需要说明自己过去为了这些目标作了什么以及将来打算怎么做么？
