Agree with Linna. It's asking your skills interacting with other people in professional settings. Not asking for your technical skills.

Yes. But the expertise I mentioned not only includes the technical, but also, more importantly, the manageria, such as organizational skills of a team leader.

I choose this essay because I want to show my soft skills that is generally regards as engineers' weaknesses.
