Just got a call from the admissions at Yale. Interviewed this Monday in New Heaven. So excited, expecially after being waitlisted by UCLA and USC. Do not give up and good luck with everybody!

First, thanks for all warm regards! Here is my background:

2nd tie college in China, major in Structual Engineering; 2nd tier school Master in Oregon, major in Construction Management. Two year working experience in China in construction; first employer is a State-Owned-Enterprise; second employer is a British company. Over two years working in L.A in a national construction company after Master. GMAT 750/5.0. undergraduate GPA:3.60; graduate GPA:3.80. Very ordinary background, not a "niu niu" at all.

It is not easy to keep the spirit high to prepare for Yale interview after waitlisted by USC, since it is my safety school. The best school is the one that fits you; you never know what is going to happen. Just keep your head up!!!

I have no idea. The email and the congrts letter did not mention anything about scholarship. There are so many applicants from mainland China, I did not have much hope to begin with

. if I am awared any scholarship, I will let you know.
