Beside Top10, which school is great for finance applicants?

Don't confine yourself to so called finance-focused schools. If you are only interested in finance, why not pursue a master of financing. MBA should be well-rounded in many aspects.

If you're willing to apply again next year, then shoot for the best. If this is your ideal year, then I would add at least 1-2 safety schools.

My feeling is that you need to refine your goals a little bit. Your current school pool covers from top 5 to top 30, from US to HK to Europe. It seems that you are open to many options, as long as you can get a finance job post-mba. If that's the case, it's hard to narrow down on the school list, since at least all US top 15 schools will open that door for you, as long as you work hard and stay focused.

Why UW-Madison? you want to do real estate finance?
