推荐信里一个问题－英文能力

   推荐信有这样一个问题:

  " ability to communicate in English in written and coal forms. Applicants are required to take and defend their points of view. Do you believe that applicant has the ability?"

  因为我大学本科的第一外语是日语.在日本公司工作,我的两个推荐人都是一个日本老板,一个是日本客户,他们没法证明我的英语能力.虽然我的业务中涉及美国出口业务还有很多进出口合同单据等.

如果推荐人就这么如实写:他们对于此点"no informaion",  学校会对我的英语能力评价大打折扣吗?

请告诉我该怎么办呐?

well,maybe your recommender should mention your English proficiency. Even if your recommenders are Japanese,but at least they can witness you use English. Or if they can speak Ennglish, there should be some occasion to prove your english ability/....

i don;t think it matter much. Because you have the proof of Gmat and Toefl. Maybe some English certification will help you this match.

what kind of school are you looking at? To apply US and other English speaking country MBA program,such question seem a bit 多余。。。

谢谢你的回答.我也很奇怪,为什么学校要推荐人回答这样的问题,我申请加拿大的MCGILL,因为这个学校的MBA有一个PROGRAM是日本方向的,而且第二年的实习在日本,我觉得比较适合我:英语日语一起用了.

我觉得你说的对,我就让推荐人如实写吧.
