工作经验的时间是怎么算的呢?是截止到申请日的吗?多长时间的工作经验就可以了?我可不想工作成老头了再申请

It is calculated from ur graduation to the point u submit ur application.

2-year is necessary.Averagely the w/e for top B-school is 5-year.

As I know, it's from the time you start to work to enrollment. For example, you start work Sep,2004, then to next enrollment, Sep.2006, you will have two years W/E
