今天收到UIC的AD

申请UIC的MSA,今天收到一封UIC的信,大致内容如下:

While we have made a departmental decision to admit you, the University of Office of Admissions and Records will also need to verify and process your application to complete the admissions process. OAR certifies that your undergraduate transcripts are valid and official. For international students, OAR also processes financial documents and issues student visa credentials. Once your documents are verified and processed, OAR will send you a NOTICE OF ADMISSION to UIC. Only when you receive that notification, your acceptance to the MSA Program is complete and documented in the University records. If you receive notice from OAR that additional documents and/or information are required, please contact the MSA Office immediately. Additionally, if all of your documents are in order, OAR processing should be straightforward.

In addition, to confirm your admittance to the program, a deposit of $200 is required along with the enclosed form. The fee will be returned to you once you have enrolled....

第一次收到AD,虽然是选择来垫底的学校,但还是很高兴,不过,有许多不清楚的地方,想向XDJM们请教.

1.这封信里没有提奖学金的事,是不是就没戏啦?

2.那200刀的保证金是什么时候交?是收到了正式的通知之后,还是现在就要寄过去他才会给你寄正式的通知呢?

3.他所指的"student visa credentials"是不是就是I-20表?是在我交保证金之前给我还是在之后?我记得有贴子曾说过,只能有一个学校的I-20表,是不是这样其它学校就不能发I-20表给我了?

请问MM UIC是哪所学校呀？

1 Usually admission and assistantship are decided in two steps. So be patient.

2. From my understanding, no deposit, no I-20.

3. You can have more than one I-20.

They will issue you I-20 if you provide them the financial certificate. Deposit has nothing about I-20...you can pay the deposit after got ur visa.

Usually, they will send you the offer letter by email or letter, then send you the admission package by courier, in the admission packahe, they may offer you the scholarship.
