I recommend that you carefully consider Cornell if you also have other options in big cities. I assume that you got into one of their professional Masters degrees. Please keep in mind that schools' reputation is not always so important for Masters. Being in a big city sometime has more advantages than a remote but prestigious brand name especially considering the fact you are also likely to pay much more for that brand name than others.
This could be my personal opinion. But it is also based on my many years of work and studies in US. You may understand what I said better if you stay here for several years. At this point, I could only give you one suggestion: always check with the current Chinese students within the program about the job prospect of the program, not only this year; but over the past years. Then, you may have a better idea whether your investment is worthwhile.
