If you define a full scholarship as tuition waiver plus living cost, then no way. If you mean just full or partial tuition waiver, 30% of students will have that. Almost all Chinese students have more or less scholarship or assisstances. It depends on your previous jobs, essays/interviews and GMAT scores. You don't need financial sporsor information during the beginning phrase of application. Here financial aid is totally merit-based, without any relationship with your fnancial need.
