all about interview.

this interview is not by invitation only but strongly recommended by the program. at the same time, they want me to take the interview before submitting my application package. do any one hear about or take this kind of interview? here are my questions?

1, what should I dress? I am in Seattle, WA.
2, what kind of questions will be? by the adm com.
3, should I take it? I have met all the members in the commette by attending the campus visit day. I think they have impression of me, 'cause i found the chance to talk with each of them casually.
4, should I first finish my essays and then take the interview?

1) you could ask them for dress code.
If possible, I would suggest you to wait until you finish your essay.

2. probably the standard questions, like why mba, why xxx school, why now, leadership, teamwork.
3. if you are ready and am confident with your english, why not?
4. as long as you have ideas what to answer the above questions, it doesn't matter whether to take it before or after the submission.
