[面试经验] 这样的问题是不是太尖锐了?

这样的问题是不是太尖锐了?

我在学校的网站上看到MBA毕业生的就业,有3成多学生是通过personal network找到工作的。我想在面试的时候问adcom,这种现象是不是对没有personal network的学生很不利?


这个问题是不是太尖锐了,会有不好影响?

没啥不好的,问问今后的就业情况是最正常不过的啦。

i don't know if the interviewer would be offended by your question, but i do know it's critical for every MBA student to build up his/her own network during the school years and beyond.

I don't think it is a good question to ask since


1. It won't provide you any useful information no matter how the answer will be.


30% students has to go off campus to find a job. That's a fact. Will you have disadvantage if you have a less effective personal network? Sure you do. You already know the answer.


2. It may create negative impression.


The question may show that either you don't have self confidence or you couldn't come up with a meaningful question. It is like asking "If my GMAT is below everage, will I have a disadvantage in getting admitted compare to people have a GMAT above average?"

面试的时候,尽量别说关于“工作”“钱”的话题。
