If I want apply an interview opportunity, should I fax them or send email to them with my resume attached.

I am worried about whether they will check the email with attachement.
But faxing them is diffcult due to timing difference.

BTW, what I talked about is the interview before your finalising whole package.

You should check out the interview policy of individual school first from its web site. Some schools don't give an applicant any type of interview before they decide to do so after receiving one's application package.

I suggest you to check out their interview policy. Some schools do interview by invitation only. Some do interview by request. If you are coming to the US, you can probably require the interview online. Emails maybe ok, but don't attach resumes unless they require you to do so.

Yes, chesk the schools' policy first. If they do offer interview by request, schedule your interview as early as possible (does not means do your interview as early as possible)
