GMAT: 710 (only 72% in verbal, sigh....), 3 years as an engineer consultant (土木工程) in engineering firms in USA (so I am going to ask for a TOEFL waiver), MS degree in civil engineering,

My dream school is Wharton, hehe, but looks like I have to retake the GMAT.

你的GMAT正好上平均线，不是劣点，但也不具有明显优势！

除了GMAT之外，还得看你的工作经历，essay！

你是不是有与别人不一样的地方？写出自己的特色，写出自己的leadership,teamwork！

我个人觉得一切皆有可能！

看得出你很自信, 你的工作是个不错的平台, GMAT score won't hurt you. I think you are good to go.

My GMAT is the same-710, and my verbal is percent is lower. But I
don't want to take it again now, essay is much more important than a
GMAT score like 730, or even 750. Maybe I will take GMAT
again after, hopefull, getting admitted by a dream shcool to help me
get some financial aid, maybe not.

Just my personal plan.

GMAT score counts but not that much.

According to previous statistics, your score is good enough to go any of your dream schools.
