B.      all

我不太懂all of .all再这的区别。

all 还有其它的 much many few 等不定代词都符合这么一个语法：

不定代词＋of＋限定词＋名词 all of the students

或者 不定代词＋名词 all students

何为限定词？限定词：冠词、代词和所有格～

2) The first city in the United States that put into effect major plan for the clustering

of government buildings was Washington,D.C

put前不应加was吗

这里有个词组put into effect 使……实施，这里的“……”就是“major plan for……”由于其太长，所以考虑平衡把它放到了put into effect 之后了，就像make sth. adj. 有时考虑到sth. 的修饰成分太多太长，把它转化成 make adj. sth. 的形式～

而这里plan 在数上有问题，句中作为可数名词，在major 前没有不定冠词 a，所以把plan 改成plans～

3)In .the early 1900’s Roy Harris created and promoted a distinctly American style of

classical music and greatly influenced a number of composer in the United States.

Distinctly对吗，不应是distinct?

副词修饰形容词，没有什么不对的。倒是D，a mumber of ＋N.pl~

4) The eighteenth century witnessed the emergence of North American ports, particular Boston, New York, and Philadepjia, as major commercial centers within the British empire.

Particular怎么改，怎么解释改法

形容词变为副词＋ly～

5）many of species of milkweed are among the most dangerous of poisonous plants, while others have little, if any, toxicity.

Many of怎么改，为什么错？

和你问的第一个问题语法相同～

6）Generally, Abstract Expressionist art is without recognizable images and does not adhere the limits of conventional form.

Form没错吗，不应改为复数吗？

没有错，意思是不受传统形式的束缚～

adhere 是不及物动词，要加 to
