两个都是啊,mm,都要批判的。只有一个错误的话，靠什么写3段啊。

题目：住学校宿舍的人少了收入下降 -〉减少宿舍数量，提高入住率； 降低租金-〉提高竞争力

1. Groundless Assumption: 作者的前提是：需求变少了，所以住宿人少了。但这个重要的前提是缺乏证据的。极有可能由于宿舍管理不善造成的。除非有充足的理由支持前提，否则作者不能这么Sweeping generalize, 判断需求减少，从而减少宿舍数量的决定。

2、Non-Sequitur: 作者的建议是不合理的。减少数量并不能真正解决入住率低的问题, 如果靠减少宿舍数量来解决问题，最终的结果只能是关门大吉。

3、Insuffient Evidence: 降低租金以提高竞争力，只有在服务品质相差不多的前提下，才能起作用。如果校外的设施比校内好很多，价格又贵不了太多的话，这个促销政策是不会起作用的。所以，需要根多信息来支持作者的结论。
