the following is memorandum to the president of the ez-manufacturing company from the manager of cafeteria services.

"Offering pizza in our cfeteria has proved extremely profitable. To further increase our profis from pizza sales,we should switch to PDQ pizza to supply our pizza. PDQ was twice voted the 'best pizza' in the neighboring town of Hamiltonia in on-line surveys of Hamiltonia Gaette readers. The PDQ branch in our town currently sells pizza for only slightly more than our cafeteria does and has begun offering free daily delivery. Swithching to PDQ pizza will clearly improve satisfaction with our cafeteria and hence increase the cafeteria's profits".

请问着重部分起什么作用，逻辑错误是什么？

let me try:

1,currently sell better does not mean that always better

2,sell better not merely because it is the best taste, may be caused free offers

3, vague survey

原来的比萨卖得好不足以说明新批萨也会卖得好

隔壁城市对新比萨的喜爱，未必说明在本城也会行得通。
