issue 92 第一次写 请指教

issure 92
:Recently there is a debate over whether employees of a company should support their managers and policies unconditionally, even if such decisions is incorrect. Actually, different people will hold different views on this issue due to their distinct backgrounds, and accordingly choices should be made depend on the specific situations. As far as i am concerned, however,i agree that employees' loyalty to their company's managers does not mean blindly following he company's policies.
In the first place,if the manager are wrong and the employees keep silent, it is  the  whole company, including the employees themselves who will suffer great losses. Accordingly, the empolyees should propose the problem they found to their managers as soon as possible in search for the most successfully method to the solve the problem. And this will benefit both their company and themselves as well.
In the second place,if the managers are right and the employees simply accept whatever the mangers insturct them to do without understanding why they should do so,this company wouldn't be successful in the dynamics and high-competitive environments. As the coming of the knowledger-based economy, the core elements for generating competitive edge of most corporations lies in their employess creative minds as well as the mechnism to foster such minds to be creative. If the empolyee can ask why before they start dealing with the assignments, many problems may be found in the process of doing the jobs. And thus some new and unanticipated  methods may occur to slove the problem as soon as possible, things that will be beneficial to both parties including the employees and their companies.
Finally, employees' real loyalty means their active participation in the company's management development. It is hard to imagine a employee to be loyal to the company who is unwilling to contribute his ideas to company with his own efforts. Sometimes one who is unloyal to his company will shouw himself to be loyal probably by accord to the judgement made by the company.
To sum up,due to the above mentioned reasons, which sometimes correlate with  each other to generate an intergrate whole and thus become more convincing than any single one of them,we maybe comfortable to say that employees' loyalty to their company's managers does not mean blindly following he company's policies.

Recently there is a debate over whether employees of a company should support their managers and policies unconditionally, even if such decisions is (are)incorrect. Actually, different people will hold different views on this issue due to their distinct backgrounds, and accordingly choices should be made depend on the specific situations. As far as i am concerned, however, i agree that employees' loyalty to their company's managers does not mean blindly following he (his)company's policies.

In the first place,if the manager (复数)are wrong and the employees keep silent, it is  the  whole company, including the employees themselves who will suffer great losses. Accordingly, the empolyees should propose the problem they found to their managers as soon as possible in search for the most successfully (successful)method to the solve the problem. And this will benefit both their company and themselves as well.
In the second place, if the managers are right and the employees simply accept whatever the mangers insturct them to do without understanding why they should do so, this company wouldn't be successful in the dynamics and high(highly)-competitive environments. As the coming of the knowledger(去掉)-based economy, the core elements for generating competitive edge of most corporations lies (lie,主语是复数)in their employess creative minds as well as the mechnism to foster such minds to be creative. If the empolyee can ask why before they start dealing with the assignments, many problems may be found in the process of doing the jobs. And thus some new and unanticipated  methods may occur to slove the problem as soon as possible, things that (还是用普通的定语从句形式吧,which)will be beneficial to both parties including the employees and their companies.

Finally, employees' real loyalty means their active participation in the company's management development. It is hard to imagine a (an)employee to be loyal to the company who is unwilling to contribute his ideas to (the)company with his own efforts. Sometimes one who is unloyal to his company will show himself to be loyal probably by accord to (by就够了,后面的多余,而且是错误的)the judgement made by the company.

To sum up, due to the above mentioned reasons, which sometimes correlate with  each other to generate an intergrate (这是动词,改integrated)whole and thus become more convincing than any single one of them, we maybe (确动词呀,是不是打错了,may be)comfortable to say that employees' loyalty to their company's managers does not mean blindly following he (同上)companys policies.

Thank you for your great and moving encouragement, which seems especially precious as the coming of my test date on Nov,17.Although it's true that it is the first time i write an issue on gmat,i copied some simulator framework done by other.I think i will paste it on later. And once again to bother you, could you tell me how to use the correct thing without any modification, since usually it's hard to have time for recheck!Thank you so much!!

You mean how to write down correct sentences without double-checking?

Well, it's kinda hard, I know. But not unavoidable.

Pay additional attention to the plural form when you compose.

It's nothing but a matter of constant practices.

No short cut, though..

Keep practicing, and you'll get used to it!
