我觉得这个题目的难点在和模糊点在于"the highest standards of ethics”无法定义。所以一个化工厂排污是不符合social standards of ethics的但是如果合法就不违反商业道德。我的思路是遵守商业道德可以带来high reputation但不可过分追求highest standards,否则你遵守别人不遵守则对这个企业不公平，造成竞争中的劣势。
