大量的人去名胜不过是为了观光旅游，不正当的人文资源开发不仅无益于对名胜的保护，相反倒是鼓动了名胜开发的产业化，从而对名胜古迹的环境生态造成不利影响，从这方面来说，政府应该制定适当的规则约束社会的行为，指导名胜古迹的保护……

太过严厉的约束则会据游人于大门之外，不利于对游人进行直观的人文教育，拉远了名胜古迹与社会的距离；试想，如果因为要保护长城而将其围起来不允许游人参观，那么，长城所代表的那种民族气魄与精神如何得到最为直接的体现和弘扬呢？

关于awa来不及的问题,建议上手先把开头段，结尾段写完（利用模版），还有中间几段的开头第一句话。然后再补充具体论述，防止万一最后没写完，至少也是个完整的文章，有头有尾...不至于冤枉扣分...
