1The author's assertion is absolutely true from the perspective of the business.
2However, no one should have the right to intrude other's privacy.
3The government should play a role which encourage normal promotion activities while regulate the business to prevent them from intruding consumers' privacy

乱投广告令普通老百姓烦不胜烦,扰乱了公民的日常生活……

我觉得这个是个矛盾的问题啊,让广告商有权利去发展潜力市场又不intrude privacy 可能吗?


有其他办法吗?

正: 企业这样做也是为了增大利润,可以多贡献税额,反过来为老百姓做事。


负: 老百姓有权不被侵犯隐私。而且企业若过度打扰引起消费者反感,也没有好下场。


建议: 企业要定位好消费者群体,可以营销,但要注重策略。

1. One's freedom of contacts is only valid until it do no harm to others. << Consumer side>>
2. unrestricted soliciting and advertising can lead to unnecessary consumer ill-omens and affect other businesses. << Business side >>
3. Although extensive advertising and exploitation of potential market may increase short-term profits, but over exploration and negative publicities will destroy a company's reputation in the long run.
