1The process of supervision should be mutual.
2It is imprudent and reckless to say the employees have no basis for judging or understanding the supervisor's performance.
3However, the irrational resentment or favor towards the supervisors of the employees according to the supervisors criticise or complement towards them should be eliminated.

员工的评价是一种监督鞭策力量,可以策动领导阶层更理性更人性化……没有下层的意见和建议,决策层的工作将会呈现一定的盲目性……
