1Employees' moving from company to company too often has negative consequences to the original companies. First the company has to spend extra money finding appropriate people for the vacancies. Second, it is not possible for the new employees to soon to be compatible for the new jobs. The process for getting familiar with the new circumstances costs money and time. 2Too frequently moving from one company to another will also be bad for the employees themselves. Each company has its own corporate culture, regulation and conventions. It is not that easy to get used to another company's enviornment, thus making the frequent moving painful to the employees. 3From the society's perspective, the above-mentioned practice is also counterproductive, which will cause a overall low efficiency.
