AI029,偶的作品,看来看去都不觉得怎样,拍砖把

昨天晚上抽了一篇ISSUE写,超时呢,20分钟,好象。大家给点建议呼?



29. “Too many people think only about getting results. The key to success, however, is to focus on the specific task at hand and not to worry about results.”


Recently, people argue what is the key to success.Some people advocate that getting result is the vital element to succeed and should be paid attention to, while other people assert that specific task at hand outweighs getting results when we make the contribution. In my point of view, I recognize that either the specific task or the results are both important in the way to succeed.



First, the result of the task reflects how well the job and the contribution that people do and make. We can judge from the experience and the quality of the person from the result of a specific task. That especially works for a newly arrived member in a company. Just imagine that if a manager or the boss is a new comer to the company, they cannot see the specific task that their employee do, but they can measure the employee’s quality by the result they make. In this case, the outcome that people make is a good indicator for rating and judging. A lot of great contributions are made with an effective and significant effluence. For example, the invention of electricity by Thomas Adison in the last century, is one of the unprecedented deal in the world in human history. We can claim that the result of this invention is very successful since it brings a great benefit to us.



Second, when I believe that getting result is a key indicator to evaluate success, I do not vote for the view that specific task is inessential to be successful. On the contrary, we should take specific task as an important measurement to tell success. Everyone should not neglect the impact of a specific process, not only because we can judge the deal people do in the whole course, but also because we can see more and tell more from the specific situation. For instance, take China’s efforts to launch space aircraft for example. On the early stage to launch this project, China has been lagging behind other developed countries, but we cannot deny the endeavor she makes. And I believe that one day, China will get to the booming stage with cutting –edge technology. Thus, we can advocate that specific task is very meaningful to judge success.



Third, it is wise for us to measure people contribution both focus on the specific tasks and the results. It remains incomprehensive and unfair to judge the people if we stand either of them. In my opinion, we should find the niche and the potential capability during the course that people do the job and find the impact in the result. If both of the elements create decent contribution then we conclude that the people is very successful.



To sum up, because of above-mentioned analysis, which state the benefit of the measurement of getting result and specific job, we can make the conclusion that we should judge the people’s successful achievement both by the result they make and the specific task they do.



怎么样提高自己的措辞,跟NN比,差远啊,总觉得自己的水平不高,表达起来不够专业,真是的,大家帮忙啊...........

就象oookk自己说的,措辞要注意提高呵呵。其实还是挺好的但是百尺竿头更进一步呵呵。你的逻辑思维从你的回帖和作文都可以看出来是很好的。措辞可以看一下英语是母语的人写的文章,注意模仿和运用到自己的文章里面。

这个没有捷径的。其实仔细看个十篇AWA224的文章,以你现在的水平绝对可以有巨大的提高。没关系的,表着急,肯定能考好的。
