In this case, the outcome that people make is a good indicator for rating and judging. A lot of great contributions are made with an effective and significant effluence.

Third, it is wise for us to measure people contribution both focus on the specific tasks and the results. It remains incomprehensive and unfair to judge the people if we stand either of them. In my opinion, we should find the niche and the potential capability during the course that people do the job and find the impact in the result. If both of the elements create decent contribution then we conclude that the people is very successful.
