2. There is no one-man show in successful large businesses. It's too complicate for one company to manage all resources. e.g. out-sourcing, sub-contracting. IBM is trying to manage all the Payrolls of intermediate businesses. Hence, those successful businesses may not even handle their Payroll. Should the CEOs deserve the credit for doing so? Apprantly not.
