当然，最后黑哥们也如愿以偿了：while using them as instruments of African Americans’ economic empowerment.

推论这么多得到E，为什么不简简单单的选A呢？选最好的不就行了嘛

文中是讲，UNION后白哥态度改变，这与A中的“认是到活动有利于工人”是有很大区别的！
