    我觉得是e,第二段第一句话虽然谈到了第一段所讲的观点,但是重点是带出下面两个stragegies!

    Surely  D is the best answer.
    The sentence "However, the relationship between top managementdecision-sharing and adherence to plans may be affected by a firm’sstrategic mission." does not explainany distinction (as claimed by E).  It only serves to qualify theassertion made in the first paragraph.  The rest of 2nd paragraphelaborates this qualification.

    同意8楼的意见,Q24答案应该是E。D的内容属于harvest strategies的特点。
