Why firms adhere to or deviate


            from their strategic plans is poorly


            understood.  However, theory and


Line     limited research suggest that the

that top management decision-sharing

with harvest strategies than among

           of strategic practices in several large

scenarios were more able to adhere


to their business plans.  As one of the


managers in the study explained it,

agers under harvest strategies may


have fewer strategic options than do

strategy scenario, individual leader-

Build strategies—which typically(60)     require leaders with strong personal visions for a firm’s future, rather than the negotiated compromise of the team-based decision—may be most closely adhered to when (65)     implemented in the context of a clear strategic vision of an individual leader, rather than through the practice of decision-sharing.

    I think that maybe you misunderstand the sentence. The passage states that individual leadership,rather than decision-sharing, may promote adherence to plans in build strategy scenario. What the sentence states is the result of the two different ways(individual leadership and decision-making). From CR experience, you can't infer that the easier the individual leadership way to promote adherence, the more use of the individual leadership unless the passage states the relationship.

    还是不懂为何E没有提到。文中说的是:under harvest strategies,through decision-sharing更容易达成agreenment; 而in a “build” strategy,individual leadership, rather than decision-sharing may promote adherence to plans.而E中的developing strategic plans,这个Plan正是公司所要adhere的,与文中说的一模一样啊!
