我明白D 是对的, 但是总没办法说服自己C 错在哪里. 医院的Novex库存最多, 所以医生多个病人开这种药挺make sense, 而且也算是种他因, 削弱了原文结论.   就好象retailer 某种货库存最多,所以要想办法把它多卖出去点一样.

忽然发现～～～：这里似乎存在一个文化问题,米国医生开药之后，病人都是自己到外面的药房买药，而不是在医院的药房买？？ 有没有知道这回事的NN？好像在哪儿听说过的………………

我开始选的C，因为C说明在医院药房N很便宜，也算提供它因。以为d，在外面的药房买药和医生开药是无关的………………。
