题目要求的是增加这个计划的成功的可能，可是c明显是“利好”哦，怎么会增加这个反收购计划的可能性呢？

赫赫，我在题目里漏读了一个单词，误解了董事会的意思。

我也选了E.

E选项中，纸的成本下降应该可以带来publishing company的利润增加，我觉得使得兼并三家企业后利润更好。

而C选项中，尽管可以得出保险收入可以增加，但是试想，如果被收购方的主营业务突然间有了一个利好预期，且该信息是公众化的，收购方同样知晓，那么，就算被收购方搞出任何的阻挠甚至是毒丸计划，其效果应该都会大打折扣吧。

所以个人觉得E比C更加能够enhance这个plan.

我也选了E，C说不给孩子买保险是不合法的，但是，保险公司有那么多家，总不见得要买保险的人多了，所有的保险公司生意好了呀？？

谁再能说说E不如C的地方？
