e讲的是restriction,也不是经济效益,也是无关啊.

对付这种题最好的方法就是反过来：如果不是这样，会使原文中的假设不成立吗？

A－C应该没有悬念，如果这些条件不成立，那肯定不会盈利。

E的话，如果改装后的bus违反当地关于车辆大小高重的法规，那肯定不能上马，因而肯定不会盈利。

D的话，即使成立，新车更难开，公司可以请技术更好的司机，或者培训原来的司机，因而不会导致盈利失败，不成为关键原因，除非再有一条assumption就是能开新车的司机是根本找不到也培训不起来的 － 这似乎就有点牵强了。所以答案应该是D。
