想知道B为什么不对，根据归纳题的作法，B好像没有什么不对的。

我想，从题目内容只说在拒绝的人中有high qualified的，不能推出接到offer的人一定是high qualified的。

有道理！尤其是信的是Address给dear applicant,不是单独给收信人的！说明他有可能是qualified也有可能是不qualified.但是A是肯定的！！！
