However, if the Sicilian potters could make the products of the same level of quality as did Greek potters, then the reason that  there was trade between LACE>SicilyLACE> and Greece 2,700 years ago will not necessarily lead to the conclusion that the vase was made by Greeks. It was likely that it was Sicilian potter who made the vase and put it there. Therefore, A should alslo be a correct answer.

(b) is correct

Key: (a) states something correct, but it just repeats the premise, and it doesn’t help to explain the logic here why you had two apples after you got one from aMM. At the same time, usually there is nothing to refute with the premise itself, also we don’t regard premise as assumption.
