For E, no matter the total refuse increse or decrese this year, the question already told us that "the number of truckloads is the half of last year's number"

Ｅ有一个问题　因为题目说该政策会分出足够多的垃圾去做回收　以使ＡＳＨ减少为去年的一半　所以即使今年垃圾量增加（Ｅ）　只要他们增加可回收的垃圾　他们就可以使ＡＳＨ的量减少到去年的一半

然而　如果Ｄ选项为真　即使再多的垃圾被回收　如果ＡＳＨ产生的数量远超过去年的　那么回收再多也无法预期今年的总产生量是否会大于去年的一半　所以政策会失败

无关。既使增加100倍，也只焚烧去年的一半的trackload。

但是如果每tracklaod增加一倍，........

这里我补充一点。真的E是ETS常用的一个诡计。扎一看，特别象。假设的验证一定要取非，。
