survey里说high school senior中吸毒的人大大减少。

问题问如何支持这一结论：20岁以下的吸毒人员减少。

那么答案就应该将senior和20岁以下的人联系起来。而B仅仅表示在过去这些senior是最容易吸毒，而且吸毒最多的人。没有支持问题中提到的结论

那么请问怎样排除D呢？

我觉得，样本说的是高三学生吸毒下降是一个programme的结果。

这个programme主要针对的是20岁以下的年轻人。那么就可以推出在teenager中的效果自然就更好啦…………
