我的理解题目是说这个保险公司要避免被恶意收购，因此扩大经营想通过负债吓跑收购者。结果不幸的是收购的5家有3家赢利不错，而且保险利率也上升。问什么能够促使原计划成功可能性增大。那么就应该是增加亏损，我觉得B和D都可以成立。但是答案却是C。按照C的说法，父母必需给小孩上保险，那么保险公司的收益肯定会增加，这不是会促进收购者的收购欲望吗？

还是很糊涂，答案的方向是找“能让该公司增加收入”的选项吗？

恶意收购的对象是运营得好的还是不好的公司呀？
