B 选项不行?

首先你要明白这段话在说什么。一种科学家认为，due to the human use of prescription antibiotics，所以***，但后一种观点反驳。问支持后一种观点：

B Most people are treated with prescription antibiotics。不是正好说明的确是 due to human use. 所以不对。
