消费者感觉就是
因为有了政府的干预那些没有什么利润的航线才会被保留,现在管制没有了,那么这些航线就会被大的航空公司取消了,所以在那些小地方的人坐飞机就会很难咯
这其中的假设关系你再想想

assumption: 至少在没有取消的时候, 有那么一些航线是去小城市的咯

原因A:     政府允许航空公司保留有利润的航线, 取消没有利润的航线
